You will report to the Head of Customer Success and will be in charge of: Setting up calls aimed at upselling and cross-selling, by proposing upgrades and subscriptions, to let customers get the most out of iubenda’s services; Proactively reaching out to existing customers to ensure they’re fully satisfied with their subscriptions, and provide support on their concerns; Advising customers in choosing the best solution for their needs, helping to implement new services during the onboarding phase, and assisting with renewals; Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role; English native speaker level; Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Excel; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Customer-driven attitude, with a focus on patience and excellent interpersonal skills.
