La risorsa sar inserita all'interno della Divisone Beyond, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di personale appartenente alle Categorie Protette.
La persona scelta sar inserita in un percorso di formazione e affiancamento, in cui svolger attivit a supporto del team come: pubblicazione annunci e ricerca in database, screening cv, pre-interviste telefoniche, interviste individuali in presenza oppure da remoto, preparazione profili candidature e invio alle aziende clienti, organizzazione dei colloqui, raccolta e condivisione feedback clienti e candidati/e.
L'offerta è rivolta a persone laureande/laureate, preferibilmente in discipline umanistiche (triennale e/o specialistica), e/o frequentanti Master in Risorse Umane.
Inserimento previsto in stage curriculare dalla durata di 6 mesi.
Viene offerto rimborso spese e buoni pasto.
