We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager – Centre of Excellence (COE) to lead and evolve a global SAP landscape for a multinational pharmaceutical organisation. This role sits at the heart of SAP strategy, governance, and innovation, ensuring consistency, scalability, and best practices across SAP S/4 HANA platforms and business units.

If you’re passionate about shaping SAP standards, driving continuous improvement, and acting as the bridge between business and technology in a regulated, high-impact environment, this is a standout opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the SAP Centre of Excellence, defining standards, governance models, and best practices across SAP S/4 HANA.
Act as the strategic owner for core SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide oversight and guidance across SAP programs and projects, supporting both global and local initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement, optimisation, and innovation within the SAP landscape.
Govern system integrations, interfaces, and dependencies across multiple platforms.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure consistent delivery and value realisation.
Oversee data governance, data quality, and lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal quality standards.
Support change management, capability building, and knowledge transfer across SAP teams.

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 fixed + bonus
