YOUR IMPACT
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Account will be responsible of an assigned territory (Lombardia, Trentino Alto Adige) for the achievement of specific sell-out and sell-in targets and for the improvement of the Brand’s positioning.
The Sales Account will also leverage all relationships and negotiations with retailers, guarantee right support and implementation of the marketing and commercial plans, to achieve the right economic impact and ROI.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement sales plan and take orders in line with commercial agreements, respect of payment terms and conditions, supervision of the implementation of trade marketing plans
Monthly reporting and dashboards on retail & product sales KPIs including retail sales evolution per door, market analysis
Ensure product portfolio strategy at POS (full assortment, Innovations), optimal stock management
Presentation of novelties to retailers
Be accountable for excellence in execution at POS of Visual Merchandising, ensuring it is implemented as per brand guideline
Map and monitor competitors
Elevate distribution, through ongoing assessments.
PROFILE
Previous experience in Business related positions is a plus
Communication skills and relational approach are required
Stakeholder management capacity with an assertive and proactive mindset
Numeracy and analytical skills
Willingness to relocate and to travel (driver licence is mandatory)
English is a must
