Within the Worldwide Omnichannel department based in our headquarters in Rome, we are looking for an experienced E-commerce Product Owner. The selected person will build the E-Commerce product strategy and roadmap, based on the digital commerce ambitions in terms of revenue growth, Digital Customer Experience elevation, and increased customer lifetime value.
Main Accountabilities:
Launch new functionalities and optimize existing ones related to purchase, services, delivery, and after purchase for customers by analyzing shopping behaviors, checkout funnel, and NPS post-purchase and post-delivery.
Engage regularly with business stakeholders to define and align on digital product vision and strategic direction.
Identify business challenges, analyze shopping behaviors, checkout funnel, and NPS to launch new functionalities and optimize existing ones mainly related to purchase & payments, online services, online orders, checkout, delivery, and after purchase.
Build the product strategy and roadmap and manage the product backlog prioritization to achieve maximum value for the product.
Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, KPIs, benefits, and results to internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams.
Work closely with cross-functional and cross-market teams, as well as other agile teams including development and design, to deliver unique experiences.
Monitor industry developments with a focus on the luxury industry. Develop a deep understanding of evolving client behaviors and how they impact luxury servicing; proactively propose evolutions.
Utilize Agile-Lean principles and methodologies, developing product incrementally through feedback loops and continuous process improvements.
Adapt product features to local specificities, manage prioritization, rollout, reporting, and engage with local market teams worldwide.
Manage product development and technical aspects, ideally within Agile environments.
Possess solid knowledge and experience in Agile-Lean principles and practices.
Exhibit modern leadership and management skills.
Operate with a global scope, understanding local specificities and omnichannel features.
Maintain broad knowledge of the E-commerce ecosystem; experience in retail and omnichannel environments is a plus.
Be fluent in English and Italian.
Demonstrate strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have an analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Work effectively with teams at all organizational levels and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
Be proactive in providing new ideas and solutions.
