We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and execution across selected Shopify apps which are part of our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with 5-10 years of experience in product management who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to shape cutting-edge Saa S solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute product strategy – Define, develop, and prioritize product roadmaps based on market trends, business goals, and customer insights.
• Lead cross-functional teams – Collaborate with engineers, designers, customer support and marketing teams to drive execution and deliver high-impact solutions.
• AI & automation integration – Identify opportunities to integrate AI, leveraging tools like Open AI and prompt engineering.
• Shopify ecosystem expertise – Stay updated on Shopify platform requirements, ensuring compliance and feature compatibility.
• Data-driven decision-making – Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and KPIs to optimize product performance.
• Mentorship & leadership – Provide guidance to product teams and contribute to a strong product culture.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in product management, ideally in Saa S, or B2 B software.
• Strong technical understanding (bonus if you have experience in engineering or development).
• Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and Jira.
• Familiarity with Open AI, and prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex concepts.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus
• Role based in Milan or London with regular travel required. Open to candidates across Europe willing to relocate to Italy.
