Your Mission Lead CPPC Tiers microgrid capabilities, ensuring compliance with grid codes and protection schemes while enabling reliable and efficient system performance. What You'll Do • Design islanding logic (grid-forming and non-grid-forming) • Implement synchronization and resynchronization sequences • Coordinate control logic with protection systems • Manage and resolve grid interaction edge cases What We're Looking For • Strong expertise in microgrid systems and grid protection • Hands-on experience in industrial or utility-scale microgrid projects • Solid understanding of power systems and grid integration Seniority Level Senior Specialist (e.g., Microgrid Engineer, Grid Integration Specialist) Why Join Us?
