You will also collect race data, generate reports, and supervise one-make series championships, supported by a direct report. Your Core Activities • Serve as the key contact for race events across various championships, both international (IGTC, GTWC, FCH, GT4 EU, Mc Laren Trophy…) and national (ADAC GT Master, ADAC GT4, Italian GT, Roscar, NLS). • Supervise championship organization for one-make series (Ferrari Challenge, Mc Laren Trophy), monitor manufacturer satisfaction, and manage tire distribution to meet production and customer needs. • Coordinate with motorsport functions (travel, supply chain, R&D, quality, markets) to support technical requests, manage stock, provide event feedback, and visit events to support market activities. • Organize shared calendars with Pirelli and car manufacturers, coordinate tire and fitting logistics, and ensure on-time delivery. • Assist car manufacturers with tire requests, data for simulators, and last-minute weather or technical changes, providing support both on-site and remotely. • Collect product usage data during race events. • Gather feedback from teams, engineers, and drivers to improve product performance and support future development by reporting to R&D. What We Are Looking For • Master’s degree or equivalent. • Knowledge of the automotive and tire markets. • Fluency in Italian and English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel and undertake short trips abroad. What Put You in Pole Position • Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering. • Proven experience managing contacts with racing teams and federations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and synthesis skills. • Flexibility and ability to operate within complex organizational structures.
