The Role and What You’ll Do: The HR Manager will act as a trusted partner to business leaders on key aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, performance management, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR program implementation. Partner with BU Managers and Leaders to support the HR agenda aligned with business strategy. Support the VP, Human Resources in delivering HR activities for the Olympic and Paralympic business unit. Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure adherence to processes and protocols. Manage onboarding for new employees. Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide feedback. Collaborate on HR initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusion, recruitment, reward strategy, L&D, and legal compliance. Handle employee relations casework, including disputes, disciplinaries, and grievances. Support stakeholders with HR best practices in line with Italian employment law. Suggest improvements to HR workflows. Perform other duties within scope as needed. You Have These: Experience as an HR Generalist at a Manager level or above. Experience managing varied HR case workloads, analytics, talent management, and employee relations. Up-to-date knowledge of Italian employment legislation. Familiarity with D&I practices. Ability to work with senior stakeholders. Calmness in emotionally charged situations. Ability to manage conflicting priorities. Strategic thinking and cohesive HR approach. Sound judgment and decision-making skills. Adaptability, client focus, and flexibility. HR qualification (e.g., CIPD level or equivalent). Proficiency in MS Office. Focus on inclusivity and continuous improvement. Streamlined recruitment and onboarding experience. Working Conditions: Fixed-term position until April 2026 – Milan.
