Responsibility
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- managing employee master data and attendance control;
- handling administrative practices related to employees, from hiring to termination;
- company communication and internal reporting activities, as well as accountability within HR matters;
- supporting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- belonging to Protected Categories as per Italian Law 68/99;
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree;
- excellent knowledge of the English language;
- previous, even minimal, experience in the role, gained at staffing agencies or structured companies;
- problem-solving skills;
- excellent interpersonal skills, effective in dealing with stakeholders at various levels.
