Within its development, SGSS SPA is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our TCM Team (Transformation and Change Management) in Milan, tasked with deploying strategic initiatives to transform the bank. The Junior Data Analyst will:• Collaborate with business units to drive data analysis and enhancement projects, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.• Collect, process, analyze, and report on data related to the business, ensuring accuracy and completeness.• Design and deploy management tools, including dashboards and reports, to support business decision-making.• Develop predictive models and apply statistical analysis techniques to uncover insights and trends.• Conduct quality checks on databases, identify and correct errors, and ensure data integrity.• Contribute to database quality improvement projects, working closely with technical teams to define requirements and explain results.• Support management in interpreting the results of statistical analyses, providing clear and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Studies & experience: Master's degree from Business/Engineering School or University, specializing in Business Administration/Engineering or Data Science. Previous experience in Data engineering, including data collection, pipeline development, analysis, and interfacing with datasets, is appreciated. Language skills: Fluent in English (B2-C1). Italian language skills are a plus. Technical, operational & soft skills: Knowledge of Python, VBA, and Power Query features. Experience with API development and integration. Expertise in AI modeling and implementation, including tools like Mistral. Experience with code generation tools like Metalama. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Curious and eager to learn. Collaborative and proactive attitude. The VIE assignment in a nutshell This VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible, with a 3-month planning window between application and start date. The assignment lasts 12 months.
