Job Description
As our Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our executive team, ensuring smooth administrative and operational support while contributing to high-level decision-making processes. You will have the chance to manage critical relationships with suppliers, clients, and strategic partners, making this role pivotal to our company’s success. learning to be autonomously will be key.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Excellence: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Planning & Organization: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and complex travel arrangements for executives and teams.
- Document Management: Oversee the preparation, management, and archiving of physical and digital documents, including presentations and reports.
- Relationship Management: Grow in time to act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Project Coordination & Problem Solving: Support internal coordination and assist with cross-functional projects going to lead problem solving.
- Key Processes: in a team mode with others help ensure our IT/ERP systems grow to excellence
- Deadline Monitoring: Track and ensure adherence to administrative and operational timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Power Point or similar, prepary presentations, email management tools, and digital project management platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken) and possibly other language.
- Sector Knowledge: Knowledge or interest in sustainability or the renewable energy sector is highly valued.
- Proactivity: Self-starter with a high degree of reliability and attention to detail.
