Reporting to the European Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding EC International Group’s commercial presence in Northern Italy, with a primary focus on Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia-Romagna. Based in Turin, you will prospect, develop and manage a portfolio of industrial customers, acting as a key commercial interface between Italian customers and our European project management and technical teams. Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory Identify and approach industrial decision-makers and key accounts Plan and manage your weekly schedule of customer and prospect meetings Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial customers Ensure accurate customer reporting and CRM follow-up Follow up on quotations prepared by our European Project Managers Act as the commercial liaison between customers and internal technical teams Represent EC International Group professionally within the Italian industrial market Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2 B sales or business development (mandatory) A post-secondary qualification in sales, business, engineering or a related field Experience or strong exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments (knowledge of CNC machining, injection moulding, sheet metal or prototyping is a strong advantage) A solid understanding of the Italian industrial ecosystem, ideally in Northern Italy Strong commercial and business development mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Fluent Italian required;

Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business nel territorio assegnato Pianificare e gestire l’agenda settimanale di visite a clienti e prospect Garantire un reporting accurato e il corretto follow-up su CRM Seguire le offerte commerciali preparate dai Project Manager europei Agire come collegamento commerciale tra clienti e team tecnici interni Sviluppare i clienti esistenti e convertire i prospect in clienti fidelizzati Rappresentare EC International Group in modo professionale sul mercato industriale italiano Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nelle vendite B2 B o nel business development (requisito obbligatorio) Diploma o laurea in ambito commerciale, economico, ingegneristico o affine la conoscenza di lavorazioni CNC, stampaggio a iniezione, lamiera o prototipazione è un plus) Buona conoscenza del tessuto industriale italiano, preferibilmente del Nord Italia Forte orientamento commerciale e allo sviluppo del business Buona padronanza degli strumenti Microsoft Office e CRM Italiano fluente obbligatorio;
