Design and build scalable RESTful APIs using Java & Spring Boot
Architect and maintain backend services powering genomics data platforms
Work with relational databases (Postgre SQL / My SQL)
Work with No SQL databases (Mongo DB / Redis or similar)
Optimize performance for data-heavy workloads
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, bioinformaticians, and product teams
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
Strong knowledge of Java & Spring ecosystem
