Technical proficiency in control systems. Through understanding of Batch s88 standards(CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc).
ABB 800 XA DCS proficiency in different industries.
Design, program, implement, test, and document ABB 800 XA DCS
Experience with controllers, Networking and I/O modules.
Electronic Marshalling, IO cards, Power carriers
Communication – OPC, Ethernet, Profibus, HART, Profibus, Modbus, AS-Interface, and Device Net etc.
Integration with third-party systems
Software – Configuration software, building the control strategies and view (Process and control screens) Recipe, Database administrator etc.
Control strategies as per SDS, design and development of screens, faceplates, and trends for real time and historical
Design of process, alarm and event reports
Software i FAT, integrated FAT, start-up and site commissioning
Startup and commissioning
As built documentation

Qualification
B. E/B. Tech- Instrumentation / Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Computer Science.
5-8 Years of Industry Experience in the Implementation of ABB DCS 800 XA (Life Science domain preferred)
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Administrative, And Leadership Skills Are Essential.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
