Responsibilities Lead the technical aspects of the implementation of new solutions, gather and document business requirements, support process development, model processes and roles, configure integrated solutions, ensure information security and support global solutions in the Sustainability and HR areas. Oversee the listed tasks and aim for enhanced performance standards, including: Support the IT project lead and BRMSupport the new system development Coordinate data enablement for the new system Creation of technical requirements Testing of the application Ensure business requirements for Sustainability and HR are met and aligned with strategy Improve connection between global function representatives, system owners and IT specialists within Global-ITReport project status to sponsors and steering committees Cooperate with other business analysts to ensure consistency of processes and data between different domains Establish clear priorities among project activities Provide or ensure 2nd/3rd line of support for systems in scope (System Administration)Perform configurations on systems in scope Ensure integrity and security of corporate data Ensure integrity of system functionality (testing after updates, changes)Coordinate, support or execute key and end-user training activities for systems in scope Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field English – fluent, proficient At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager Business process and/or data mapping experience Availability required to work with different time zones: European, Asian and Americas Then, we will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.
